Seton Center is a Catholic sponsored human service agency in Greater Kansas City which helps people break cycles of poverty. Seton Center provides health, social and educational programs to address current community needs and tools to support people in transforming their lives.

Lighting pathways to healthier lives

Strategic Priorities 2005—2010:
*         Integrated services, including both internal and external navigation and referral systems, which will assure that ‘no door is the wrong door’ when people turn to us for help;
*         Strong financial stability including systems for accountability, donors, and setting priorities;
*         Campus which is expanded and/or multi-site to support programs effectively;
*         Implementation of outcomes-based management system wide
*         Continual staff development and satisfaction
*         Ongoing community input to help plan the Center’s future
FY05-06 Tactical Plan
Performance/Results Score Cards will be developed for every Strategic Priority each year and will include:
*         Goals which define what we want to achieve

o       Realistic
o       Time Bound
*         Performance Measures
*         Tracking Mechanisms
